    RV site rates are for 2 people, extra guest over 12 yrs. old will be charged an additional $3.00 per person/per night

    1-Bedroom Private Guest Room Suites Price is for 2 people, extra guest over 6 yrs. old will be charged an additional $8.00 per person/per night.

    All RV Site, Private Suite, and Dorm Room reservations require a valid Credit Card to confirm. Monthly RV Site reservations require a $100 deposit. Monthly Suite reservations require a $250.00 deposit. Daily RV & all Suite rates include water, sewer, tv & electric. RV sites are based on 2- person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $3.00 each per day for extra guest over the age of 12 yrs. old, & $8.00 each per day for Suites and Dorm Rooms.

    Private Suite Accommodations: All suites have kitchenettes w/dining table and chairs for 2, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, mini-refrigerator, stove, pots & pans, utensils, and table service for 2. We do not provide room service or cleaning during your stay. Linens and towels are provided for each occupant. Exchange for clean ones may be made in the office. Bring your own beach towels/pool towels.

    DISCOUNTS - Daily rate discounts are available on RV sites to members of: Good Sam, FMCA, TACO, AAA, & Active Military. Weekly and monthly rates are already discounted. NO DISCOUNTS ON PRIVATE SUITE RATES unless advertised as a Special. Cancellation Policy: A 60-day cancellation is required for all reservations including RV reservations and Private Suite reservations for full refund.  30-day cancellation will receive half refund.  If you no-show and fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged the applicable charges for RV Site and/or Private Suite.
